How does your sleep measure up? We don't usually need statistics to tell us how sleep deprived and exhausted we are, we can just check in with how we feel in our bodies and our minds. We can also notice is we're struggling with ailments that are exacerbated by stress and lack of sleep. Right next to not having enough time on the pillow is whether your quality of sleep is such that your body has time to restore and reset. Gauging this can sometimes be difficult, but ask yourself the following questions:
