This six week series will help you…

  • develop a focused and embodied attention, self awareness, emotional intelligence, and greater sense of ease and well being.
  • build a foundational meditation practice or deepen an existing one.
  • learn a variety of mindfulness meditations and practical ways to integrate mindfulness into daily activities at work, home and in relationships.
  • reduce stress and increase a sense of healthy balance.
  • help you recognize and let go of unhelpful habitual thoughts and mind states.

  • is designed for both true beginners and experienced meditators wishing to deepen and expand their practice and understanding
  • includes weekly themes, question and discussion periods, helpful handouts, recorded guided meditations, learning community and a course buddy


Course Outline


  • Week 1: An Introduction and Overview of Mindfulness. Intention: You can train your attention and focus with mindfulness practice.
  • Week 2: Mindfulness of Body. Intention: You can be present and embodied through mindfulness of body.
  • Week 3: Feeling tone/Hindrances. Intention: You can explore and reduce your reactivity to experience.
  • Week 4: Mindfulness of Emotion. Intention: You can explore emotions and develop more emotional intelligence.
  • Week 5: Mindfulness of Thought and Mental Processes. Intention: You can develop a wise relationship to thoughts and diminish self-judgment.
  • Week 6: Cultivating Kindness and Taking the Practice Home. Intention: You can open awareness to all experience and develop a loving heart.
