What is life coaching?
Coaching is an investment in you, your purpose, your vision, values and way of life. A coach is a collaborator in the embodiment of your life’s vision.
Coaching is an empowerment process where the coach uses inquiry and other tools to help you discover and clarify a vision and direction for your life. The coach provides structure, support, accountability, inspiration and guidance for you to reach your most heart-felt goals. Knowing you are the expert for your life, a coach oftentimes provides a sounding board and guides you to strategize your actions. Coaching also creates an opportunity for powerful breakthroughs to any blocks (doubts, fears, limiting beliefs) that may keep you from living a deeply fulfilling life.

A path towards wholeness...
...She is wonderful! During the course of this past year working with JoAnn I faced serious health challenges and at times had lost complete focus of where I was going and what I still wanted to do in this lifetime. Mindfulness coaching with JoAnn has been an expansive exercise in helping me define my vision and identify steps towards its actualization. I am in a transitional phase of my life with more time to nurture my creative and artistic interests and give back to my community. The coaching process gave me tools to hone my vision, identify objectives and goals, work with affirmations to keep it alive and present, and hold myself accountable. JoAnn's centering and visualization exercises were very powerful tools for helping me stay with my vision and keep the momentum moving forward.
