Join mindfulness teacher and author JoAnn Saccato, MA for this 8 week course centered on mindfulness, compassion and intentional living. Committed participants work in a safe and courageous space learning the framework of a self-compassionate practice that includes journaling; mindfulness of body, mind and emotions; and exploring, clarifying and setting powerful intentions. Course Summary:
Each week, participants experience a two hour session that includes a presentation of the cornerstones of practice, a group check in and Q&A session. The students are given weekly assignments and should set aside 20-45** minutes per day for course homework and personal practice. The eight sessions include:
